Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Billionaire Society credit intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, paying customers, and anyone who submits information through our platform.

Description of Service

Billionaire Society provides an AI-powered credit analysis tool that allows users to upload a credit report PDF and receive a personalized funding intelligence report. Our Service includes:

• Credit profile analysis and scoring
• Estimated business funding range based on your credit profile
• Personalized phase placement (Build, Optimize, or Funding)
• Funding recommendations including loans, lines of credit, and grants
• Strategic guidance for improving funding eligibility

Important Disclaimers

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are NOT a lender, bank, credit bureau, or financial institution
• Our funding estimates are approximations based on general industry data and are not guaranteed
• Actual funding approval depends on lender criteria, which change frequently
• The phrase "may qualify" does not mean you will be approved
• You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any financial decisions
• We do not pull your credit or submit any applications on your behalf

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Only upload credit reports that belong to you or that you have legal authorization to use
• Provide accurate and truthful answers to all questionnaire fields
• Not use our Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our analysis system
• Not share your results in a way that misrepresents them as guaranteed funding offers

Payment Terms

Access to your full funding analysis report requires a one-time payment of $299.00 (or the discounted rate if an approved discount code is applied). By completing payment you agree that:

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Your payment is for access to the analysis report, not a guarantee of any funding outcome
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — if the system failed to generate your report due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund
• Dissatisfaction with your credit profile results is not grounds for a refund, as the analysis accurately reflects the information provided

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and analysis methodology on this platform is the intellectual property of Billionaire Society. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without express written permission.

Your credit report and personal information remain your property. By uploading your credit report, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your analysis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billionaire Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loan or credit application denials
• Financial losses based on actions taken using our analysis
• Data loss or unauthorized access to your information despite our security measures
• Inaccuracies in the AI-generated analysis

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

Our platform is not a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by the FCRA. We do not access credit information from credit bureaus on your behalf. All credit report data analyzed through our Service is provided directly by you voluntarily. Our analysis is not intended to be used as a factor in determining creditworthiness for lending purposes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
